N4M's Community Guidelines
and
OPSEC.

~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.

~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.

~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.

~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:

• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:

• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.

Some Suggestions:

~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.

~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option

~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends"

Has anyone ever heard reviews on Executive Inn and Suites? Navy Lodge was booked for the 5th but open all the other days we needed. So disappointed but am hoping that this hotel is a good one. Any help would be great. Thank you!

Lifting up those SRs to know that this Navy journey is meant to be for them and for all of them to do well on all their intense training and tests!!

Momof9 wow, sorry to hear about the guys. We will lift them all up in prayer. That is all I have heard firearms and gas chamber. Maybe it is a written test? It is so good to hear what others say on the phone calls in case any of us miss them. I am going to forward calls when I work like someone suggested. Even my cell does not work half the time at work. I hate I keep missing the calls!

I know what you mean momof9.. I'm counting the days down and praying as I do.

Absolutely loved my call today!!!!!!!!! I missed his first one but he called his dad, talked to him, and still had time to call me back! Yay! Said he had made 5.0 on three inspections so he got an hour call! Said he did his simulation for firearms and has the live fire next week. He said gas chamber is next week and another one that he asked me to please be praying over. I can't remember what it was so if someone knows what the other big test this week could be please share. I really want to be praying specifically for this one since it was his request. I have already started praying over next week. It sounds so very intense. He says there are a couple of SRs that are very discouraged and are considering just giving up. He is trying to encourage them and tell them that they have come so far already. He asked me to pray for them so if you ladies would join me I am sure the Lord knows who they are and would hear our cries on their behalf. He did get two marks between two of his inspections so he was really sweating those. He took a position on the head crew and they got a 5.0 on their inspection. I knew all that bathroom cleaning I made him do would pay off one day. I don't think he ever imagined this would be how. :o) Sorry so long. Just a little excited in case you couldn't tell!!!!! Come on June 5th!!!!!
