Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 201 and 202
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!

Well division 201 got to make calls today. Unfortunately the nature of my job he can't call me but called his dad. He said he sounded good and his dad told him about us not getting the "form letter" which he mailed but forgets where and hoping he didn't send it to a different address. He was up for 30 hours and super tired when he mailed this. All in all he says his knee is still bothering him a bit but still confident that PIR is the 13th. Hoping I get this letter soon to ease my mind but Joey is going to inquire about it and tell them that we haven't received it. He also has his 4 guests down and whats weird is he gave his dad a PW. Not sure what it means just like I am not sure what "hell week" is......trying to stay strong.....almost less than 24 days til PIR........praying that all goes as planned and all works out. Thanks everyone for your posts and advise.....they really help and mean so much.
We have gotten two phone calls from our son. He said he couldn't call on Mother's Day since they had a storm and had to lock everything down. He has been writing us too. He requested NEWS in next letters we wrote. He said they are in a bubble and have no idea what is going on! I was so worried boot camp would be too hard for him (he is my band & computer geek, not very athletic and more a brainiac than a brawn!) but he makes it sound like it is easy!
Has anyone else's son said they have NICE RTC's? aka Drill Sargent s? Justin has been saying that! He said this past week (he called me last Monday) was going to be hell week.
We are from Central Florida. Don't know yet if we can make the graduation which is killing me but if we do we will be driving.
It took me awhile to find our son! I had to have help from my family! How does it look printed?
ok question? Is anyone else still waiting for their "official form letter". Mine still has not got to me. I wrote my son and his father told him on his last call to him. Starting to worry and to think that I am the only one still waiting on this. PIR is in 15 days......anyone???? suggestions please or help?!!!
I was told not to worry if I have all the information (ship, division, PIR date, who's on the list, and the password) all of which I have, but I would feel much better having this letter in my hand.
Thanks getting the same info on Navy Dads.......I just would be so re-leaved if I had it though. Lemon told me not to worry if I had all the info.......can't freaking find the link for the gate pass.........I know they should be putting our date up there soon to download it with the PW so we can print it out.......Im going crazy looking for it
thanks I really appreciate that and you help and advise. Was going to get a rent a car there but no I am flying to get there. I could never survive that long car drive with my mom. I love her with all my heart and she is my BFF but I would rather stick daggers in my eyes .....just thinking about it! ahahahaaha
The flight itself with her should be an adventure........smh!
lol
BTW I found the link for the gate pass .....but thanks anyway.......I talk/type to much...........worked 9 hours and haven't stopped yet......have to "try" too settle down...I over think everything and super hyper! Sweet Dreams Dilian.....thanks again ;)
