I know I've seen what you can and can not give them as graduation presents that they can take back to RTC. Anybody know where I can find that information?

Congrats, sharon!  What a wonderful surprise!

I got a surprise call today from my SR! Sounds good. She said they did not know ahead of time they were getting phone time. Talked for 11 minutes. Excited and nervous about Battle Stations coming up. Toes hurt from the steel toed boots, but eager for PIR.

I agree julliebelle, a million things happened here as well. And now my Sailor has gone back to VA. Miss her already :-(

16 sleeps and a wake up for our SR's! They have to be getting so pumped up by now! I know I am! Seems like forever ago that she left, yet in another way the time has flown. This site has sure made the journey easier, thanks to all the Mom's out there who have been on this roller coaster with me.

To my daughter Loran, my son-in-law Nathan, my brother-in-law Dave, my uncle Lewis, my very good friend Chris, my niece Laura, my ex Gary, my late uncles, Lonnie and Lawrence, my late father-in-law Larcom, my late brother-in-law Ralph, all my other family members and friends, and all the many many Sailors, Soldiers and their families that I have come to know and those of you who served our country and played a part in defending our freedom. I appreciate you all so very much ♥ God Bless you, and God Bless America.

Delbert:  That is why we tell you all to stay on this main board too!  :-)  We N4Moms veterans don't have time to constantly go through the discussion groups to pick up the questions.  Glad you checked back here.

The good thing about hell week is that it is training week #4 (approx. bootcamp week #5-6).  It is at this time that they finally realize how much they have accomplished, they are in the build up period, and are focused on their BattleStations date and PIR date.  You will hear much more "positive" comments from them now.  The yelling is not so bad anymore...they are working much better as a team...and things are good!
