Pumpin up prayer today for our SR's!
Lord we pray for our SR's today...restoration and healing of their bodies and supernautural rebuilding of their mind, body in strength as they rest on this holiday weekend. We ask for your a renewed spirit of determination to rise up in them.. to pull out brute force from deep with in their guts to go for the gold and have success in Jesus Name!
Word for the day: NEGATIVITY neutralizes faith and nullifies our peace and rest in Christ, making us vulnerable to fear, anxiety, doubt, and unbelief. What are you being negative about today?? ~ Flip it to the positive, release faith, and watch God work! ~ weee!

Thanks for clearing that up, Lala!  Had me concerned for a minute, too!  I hope I get a letter soon.......I know they say no news is good news but this is getting ridiculous!  Donna.....I know a few people are staying at the Ramada...I read mixed reviews (not trying to worry you, I realize it's a matter of personal opinion) but I will try to make it to the meet and greet anyway!  And also....now that you mention it, I cry at the drop of a hat......can't even listen to some music without blubbering like an idiot, lol!  The song "I'm proud to be an American" does it to me every time!!  I'm pathetic, I know........

to KC'smom(ship11div.204):   How can it take yall 15 hours to drive to PIR?  We live in Roanoke, VA and thought it would only take us 12 (only...).   PLEASE tell me it's not another 3 hours.   (of course, with all the coffee-bathroom-coffee-bathroom,etc. ) breaks, WHO KNOWS how long it will take....maybe we oughta start now

If he wrote we graduate on 7-1 day, that means week 7 day 1. They would not change the PIR date so you are good to go :-) No worries at all. They are almost always in P day for about a week. Some a little longer and some a little less. They don't count those days in their training. So since he said battle stations is 6/13 that means it will be on week 6/day 2.

Well Donna, you must keep me informed!!!  I know that even though our son's division has been gone as long as everybody else they are behind when it comes to the weeks, or days- their "P" week to longer than a week. My son wrote that they were starting wk3 when I know they were there 4 weeks. So maybe 'Lala' is right? Week 7 day 1.  I hope!!  I'd hate to drive 15 hours for the wrong graduation!  hahaha

Lala Ribbon Queen- he wrote, we graduate on 7-1 day.
Comment by Lala Ribbon Queen PIR Ribbons on May 28, 2011 at 7:45am
Donna maybe he is saying they graduate 7/1 because it is week 7 day 1 ??? That is the only thing I can think of. Exactly how did he word it?
Comment by Donna (Christopher's Mom) on May 28, 2011 at 7:27am
Joy, were staying at the Ramada. That's where the meet and greet will be. I will also bring tissues. I think it's in my family genes to cry over everything. Ha ha lol
Comment by Donna (Christopher's Mom) on May 28, 2011 at 7:24am
I'm a little confused. My sons form letter said graduation 6/17 he's in Div.204. Well, we got a letter yesterday and he said they graduate 7/1. He said his battlestations is 6/13 and his return address still says Div 204.
