i guess the one reason they might not get to call is because they haven't "earned" it?  i thought somebody said that they could make a call when they had done a bunch of stuff correctly, but i am not sure.  let's try to remember that this is a brand new job they are all having to learn--from the details and paperwork to HOW TO THINK and HOW TO RESPOND.  and that is a huge undertaking and may not be going as smoothly as everybody would like. we haven't gotten a call yet either.   but KEEP WRITING, LADIES!

Yay, got a 30 minute call from my son this evening!  Had his wisdom teeth pulled Tuesday and had a bit of a cold but is doing well! Hoping everyone gets calls soon.

I got home this evening and read the letter. In the beginning he said Boot Camp was good and that he made alot of friends. He said today (he did t date it so I don't know what day it was) they finally started doing something interesting besides folding clothes and making their racks. He passed his swim test. He actually admitted he missed home and said it was boring there. He asked how we were. No mention of sore feet or being sick which is good.
On another note he got paid today
