"Peanut butter clothes" does that mean civilian clothes??? Just when I think I am getting the lingo something new pops up. He said if he stays the weekend he will probably have "watch" a few times. We will roll with the flow.....

I went from blonde to STML....short term memory loss...it is wonderful when one is over 50...I have such a good excuse for not remembering things! I went from blonde to uhm...well you know....

We have severe thunderstorm warning here in MI.Glad it is going to cool off that means it has cooled off for our SR's.

CK-I will take some pictures of your son, too.  Mine is also going to Nuke school, so I should be able to get some of him at the airport.  I'll make sure he calls you from the airport while he is waiting on his flight.

I would have totolly blamed it on the heat while mowing the grass. it was 100 degrees here in Maryland today. But, I haven't gotten a letter since Friday of last week. Don't know why.??? I really want mail!!!

Okay this is a long shot but.... If anyone lives in the Charlotte to Asheville NC or even upstate SC or eastern TN and needs to buy airline tickets to Ohare you may be interested in this. Asheville Airport is offering tickets to Ohare for $90.00 you must fly on Tuesday, Wednesday/ or Sat to get this price and buy your tickets in June, not sure of the exact deadline but this a great deal. Fly up on Wednesday before PIR and come back on Sat for $90 you can't beat that. Especially if your Sailor leaves on Saturday anyway. It was just on the local news here where I live (near Asheville NC) If this would work for anyone let em know and I will help you find the info you need.

I have this picture in my head of a mom standing over a tea-pot with steam pouring out of it opening a letter and then trying to seal it back up as her hubby walks in the door.... Hi Honey :-)

Audrey:  This message is to you, a blonde, from another blonde...who right now is NOT having a "blonde moment" but could have one at any time now!  :-)

MeetNGreet is at Ramada Waukegan on Thurs, 6/16, 6-8 pm

tysmom:  No SIX FLAGS in the dress whites...ha!  If he happens to have the weekend there, it would be better to go the next day when he would have his "peanut butters" on.
