DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.
~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.
~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.
~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:
• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:
• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.
Some Suggestions:
~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.
~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option
~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends"

Hello All!
"Blessed is the man who makes the
Lord his trust..."
Psalm 40:4a
TMansmom - you can bring them with you to the Meet and Greet Thursday Night. If your not planing on attending and will be near the Ramada Inn on Thursday Afternoon - I will be happy to meet up with you and collect them from you. Thank you ;-)
I received my Shirt From LaLaRibbon but no Ribbon yet. Can't wait to wear it at PIR in 15 DAYS!!!! :-)
Also if you ladies like we can make the Basket Project Fun and have a friendly competion between the divisions???? See which division can have the most basket? I leave it up for vote. I know we are all extremely busy and have so much on our minds, this is in no way meant to add anymore stress or projects to our long "to do" lists. Just for fun! so let me know if any of you are up for a FRIENDLY Challenge between divisions? 203 - 206, 814 and 932 :-)
I have spoken with Sarge via email and him and his wife are so looking forward to meeting all those who attend. I have added some more information regarding the Gift Basket Project. Any item you can donate for the Mystery Basket will be greatly appreciated. Remember this is strickly voluntary. It's a fun way to help The Sarge and his Wife raise money to keep these meet and greets going. If you have any questions, please join the discussion above and I will be happy to help in anyway I can. Thank you in advance and hope to see you all there if you can ;-)
anavymom - we are staying at the Ramada as well - We have a rental car and if you want to attend the meet and greet, we would gladly make room. I hear it's only 3 miles down the road. Looking forward to putting faces with screen names! :-) No call from div 203. Looking forward to Friday to see if there's a letter from her. Hope everyone is doing well.
...oh and she will get them to you on time. but you need to make sure she got your email.
TMansMom: Please contact Lala Ribbon Queen on this site about the ribbons too. She was on vacation but working on the ribbons from there. She is very good about emailing back but may have been traveling. Find her from a post on this page (photo of the ribbons-red/blue) or under the Members tab up top.
