Finally got a letter from my son...He's having a great time. He loves his job it's perfect for him. Not sure if I can say what it is on here.....?He said when you mess up you work out....when you leave you're either smart or strong ...he's aiming for smart...lol...I feel so much better.
juliebelle......what is the official leadership list on RTC? And where is it?
that is what i am hoping she wrote another family member and like i said: NO News is Good News, right??
haning in there, just a little depressed today, but once i get a letter it will be cherrished!!!!!! anxiously waiting like all the other moms/husbands out there.
thanks julie, i am hoping "maybe" tomorrow for a letter, we live in Nebraska so it shouldn't take that long.
just devastating not to get a letter today(thursday). Hoping for tomorrow,
and like everyone says: NO News is Good News, that is my new motto!!!!!!
taylor'smom. Don't worry about not getting a letter it may just be delayed in the mail or your daughter may have had watch or something else she had to do when they were given the time to write.
It does happen off and on where someone may not get a letter, a SR just doesn't write, or your SR writes a letter to someone else.
They are not given much time to write during the first couple of weeks (my son had 15 minutes on Sunday the first three weeks), so sometimes they have to choose who to write to. Just don't stop writing to her!!!
juliebelle28, Curious you said that some might not get letters? why is that?
i didn't get a letter today from my daughter and am feeling very sad.
thanks, michelle
jmt1366, I bought a sailor bracelet before he left. I found it by accident, but decided it was pretty cool. I put it on the day he left, and it is still on. Every time I look at it or feel it, I say a little prayer for him. It is a thick white cotton endless woven loop. When it gets wet for the first time, it shrinks to fit your wrist. After that the only way to get it off is to cut it :-o
And YAY Julie!!!! I will be stalking the mailbox again today.
Yay, yay, yay Julie......I'm very happy for you!!!!!
