Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Ok, I just got my form letter and my daughter is in this division.  Since one was not started for this group, thought I would start it!  I am so excited to start writing letters and passing her address to the 25 family members that want it!  LOL    Anyone else in this division?  My daughter left on Tuesday 5/8 from Cleveland MEPS!

I got a call too. They did great. My son is a sailor. I'm so proud. He sounded tired though. I can't wait to see him next week!

209 Rocks!  I was so excited to get another call on Saturday!  So excited to see my Sailor!

Received a tired 1/2 hour phone call on Fri. 6/29 and a rested 45-min. phone call on Sat. 6/30. Looking forward to the PIR!

OMG.....just looked at the counter and only 14 hours left to see our Sailors!  Can't wait!  Everyone enjoy the graduation and time with your Sailors!  Thanks for everyone that has been posting here it was great to read the information and know others feel the same way I do!  CONGRATS EVERYONE, BE PROUD OF YOUR SAILOR!!!!
