For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

my sr is in ship 4 div 815 but I haven't got the PIR date yet. My SR just left this past Monday so I don't know if it will be the 7/06

mine left this past Monday also & i just got the letter today with the 7/6 PIR. Did you get your box? mine came yesterday.

My son also let Monday and his wife received his letter yesterday with PIR of 7/6. Dates seem to be random for sure but you should hear shortly. Letter came much sooner than expected! We are receiving his box but it has not arrived yet. The letter more important to me. He would like both his brothers to attend PIR but since SR's only get 4 tickets they recommend trying to add name to another recruits list who does not need all of his tickets. Any idea of when we will know if we have a secured tix? We are coming a long way and would be disappointed to get there and not have an extra ticket! So proud of ALL these boys and pray for wah and every one of them daily. I find myself thinking ok, it's 5pm and time for dinner. Or now it's sleep time....just ry to go thru each day with them and channel my positive energy his way! I have even tried to get back into running everyday to support him in hopes that when he is home for a break someday I can keep up with him! It's been a crazy week for work and other events, but got out there 4 days this week! What's the term they use...HOOYAH?!

I got my box Wednesday but no note. I called the recruiter Thurs but he did n't have the PIR date. Did your SR leave the 14th?

my bf also left the 14th and is in this division :) PIR is earlier than i thought which is good. Just packages up ten pages of tiny writing and drawings for him. Cant wait to get anything back from him and see him graduate !

Hello ladies, Welcome. I am a veteran whose son graduated 10/18/10 with a SEAL contract. The 800 divisions are slightly different than the other divisions, so hopefully I can help with any questions or concerns you may have. This is great place to get to know each other, share stories, make friends, and offer and get support. It may not seem like it now, but PIR will be here before you know it and you will be hugging your new sailors.

Hi, My name is Susan and my son left May 14th. He too has a SEAL contract. I have not heard anything but received a short note from him and the box with his personal items. How do we know if they pass the PST? I understand they were to take it after all of their shots and would feel like they had the flu. Any info you may have would be so much appreciated!! Thank you. He is Ship 04 Div 815.

-3:30 am – Revelie, wake up + fix bunk.
-4:00-5:00 am- Get yelled at for bad bunks.
-5:00- 5:10 am- Travel to galley and eat.
5:10 – 6:00 am- March to hall for PT ( P.E.).
6:00-8:00 am- 300 pushups/ situps + 2 mile run.
8:00 to 8:50 am-March back to ship.
8:50- 9:00 am- shower, hygiene, laundry.
9:00- 11:00 am- fold clothes (PERFECTLY).
11:00 am - 2:00 pm- Classroom and sack lunch.
2:00 – 4:00 pm- In house PT (basically yelling + PE)
4:00 – 5:30 pm- Forward AST ( study hour while standing).
5:30 – 6:30 pm- March to pool.
6:30 – 7:30 pm- Swim two miles + 50 Dead hang curl-ups.
7:30- 8:30 pm- March to ship.
8:30 – 8:40 pm- Eat dinner ( he said the food is good just not time to e
8:40 to 9:30 pm- Clean compartment w/ division.
9:30- 10:30 pm- Get mail, iron and fold clothes.
10:30 pm – 3:30 am sleep (unless you have watch
(A watch is someone who stays awake all night W/ pistol and flashlight watching
For intruders and rank recognition.)
