DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.
~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.
~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.
~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:
• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:
• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.
Some Suggestions:
~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.
~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option
~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

The parking pass will be available sometime tomorrow. Here is the link for the pass.
Does anyone have the link or information on where to get the Pass to be able to drive onto the base? I will be renting a car and need to print the pass before I leave home on Thursday, July 11th.
Hi Tink37. I haven't heard from my son in a couple of weeks either. I bet they would love to earn Rickey Heaven. My son told me that he misses the outside world, especially listening to the radio and 15 minute showers. So I'm sure this would be awesome for any of the SRs to receive this.
Hi Sandi. My son is also in Div 258, but no calls for the past couple of weeks. I have been receiving a letter from him each week.
Happy Sunday everyone!!! Only 11 more days until PIR. Can't wait to see my son.
Hi Sue. My SR (son) is in Ship 12, Div 258.
Good Morning!
"Those who are planted in the house of the Lord
shall flourish in the courts of our God."
Psalm 92:13
You're welcome, Ladichez & onemomo2!!
Good Morning all! Happy Sunday! I have not posted much before because I'm just on here to keep up with my sister Ladichez. I married a Sailor when my sisters were still in middle school so they grew up with the Navy in the background. We were so RIDICULOUSLY proud when our niece decided to follow in her uncle's footsteps and serve our country!!!
I just jumped on here today to thank you myself for the awesome support you all have provided for my sister while she works at loosening those apron strings and suffers through the separation made extra sharp by the extremely limited contact - really the first time in the sweet 19 years since she entered our life.
Ladichez is a worrier and your prayers and comments have been a great source of comfort while she waits for the next call or letter. CATMOM, your scripture today was extremely well timed. Thank you!! LALA RIBBON Queen, our mom has ordered ribbons and we'll all be wearing them proudly without a doubt on the 12th!!! I am going to be in Orlando the week of the 19th...I can't remember exactly where you are in Florida, but if you have any other scrap-booking opportunities during that time and you're close enough for me to drive, let me know!
Once again, many prayers and happy thoughts sent out for each of your SR's and thank you for yours towards our SR niece!
