Moisture, waterproof mascara, and Revlon lipstain. It works! I wanted to be all party for DH when I met him at the airport...kissed him withdraw lipstain! Didn't transfer over at all!
I had a Tide stick...son got something on his cuff...took it right out. Even though they are white...I think they are pretty "cleanable" (I can hear my youngest,"Mom, your making up words again!") Though NOTHING can fight red it seems...or mustard. Mustard stains DO NOT come out!

Carri:  It is always a wonderful surprise for ladies here to find their sailors posting on FB!  They have to pay for the computer time, but for most, that is a small price to pay.  Hoping that some of you see your new sailors on FB!

Terrysproudmom:  They fly in their dress whites.

lizzy: You can take pictures anywhere you like...OFF base.  Only in the PIR hall are they allowed on base...no where outside of that.  Don't forget....I did....almost got my older son in trouble for getting ready to snap one of a marching division. OOPS!  A kind Navy mom gently warned him!  He was quite mad at me since I requested he take the picture....sigh....

Thanks Lala:  I don't know if I will make it to Target again before we leave but if not I will certainly look for the Shout Wipes at the NEX.  It would be nice for him to carry in case he gets something on his uniform while traveling.   Hmmmm....do they fly in their dress whites or something else?

terry, i am sure you are beautiful even with no sleep and being early, and you know, your sailor isnt gonna care one bit what you look like, they just want us there!

The Shout Wipes are kind of hard to find. We found them at Targot where they keep all the small travel accessories. But they do work so well on the Dress White Uniform that they sell them at the NEX so I would pick up a few packs while you are there with your Sailor and trown some in their bag if you are meeting them at the airport.

lizzy:  QUICK kiss when you see him after PIR!  Emphasis on "QUICK"!  HA!  Remember, you all only have about 10 minutes after PIR before they will clear the hall.  So focus on getting your pictures....no pictures are allowed to be taken once outside of the hall...absolutely forbidden!  So don't forget or your camera could be taken!  :-)

Small towels may be a bit easier than a beach towel for your sailor.  I'm thinking "hand towel" size.

Remember....expect I'm a Sailor calls from 936 starting around 2 pm GL time today...could be a bit earlier or later, so phones "in the bra" all day.  Don't want to miss this one!  HOOYAH to 936!
