School stuff is all out of place that online school is expesive so we are looking at alternatives. He is doing great in A school we talk about everyday and sometimes just texts but he trys hard to always call. I wish I was living on base already since his A school is very short he will be getting his orders very soon and he believes we will be living where we already are well where I am our home town which honestly kind of sucks because I wanted to move away and start our own life somewhere fresh.  How is your son doing in A school any tests my husband had his first test yesterday and passsed.

I also hope everything gets better with your son donna. I wanted to join but then I have inactive tb and I dont think they would let me go even though it is inactive then they gave me an inhaler cause I was getting chest pain and my susband said they ask if you have ever used an inhaler so there goes any chance of that. Maybe ill just be a firefighter lol Still trying to figure out what way I want to go in life. I hope everyone is doing well.

Donna:  I too hope that all is well with your son's health.  It seems we lost contact with you very early on.  I wish you had let us know what was going on so that perhaps we could have served as a good support system for you.  God has a plan for your son.  If the Navy had been a life long dream for your son he is probablly very disappointed and it is coming out as anger. Is there someone in your/his life that your son has always looked up to that maybe could give him a pep talk?  Keep us posted on his progress.  Several of us do come back and check this group thread to see how everyone is doing.

i am soooo sorry donna! what happened? is your son going to be ok? i am sure he is trying to cope with everything and feeling frustrated and probably feels it is a reflection on him. ITS NOT! for whatever reason, it just wasnt meant for him to do this, the man upstairs has something else in mind for him. just let him be miserable (for a while) and he will come around. my husband went through something similar, they told him he would never walk without a cane, but he pushed and pushed and now, he can outrun me! so, just be patient, he will be ok. i will keep you in my prayers. keep us updated, ok?

Hi everybody, I'm sorry that it's been so long. A lot has happened since I was last here. My son's graduation date ended up getting changed 3 times and then he ended up getting medically discharged and never got to graduate from boot camp. So, unfortunately, his navy career is finished. I would love to say that I am happy that he is home again but he's not the same kid that left before. He's very cold-hearted and unhappy most of the time. He changed for the worst unfortunately. So once again, I'm really sorry that i haven't been here in forever. I hope that all of you are doing great.

Glad you'll find the right gate this time.  Tell us about it when you get back.  How is it going with getting the online classes you want?
