Lizzy, why not take online classes like NewNavyWife is doing?  Your computer can travel with you anywhere you/he goes.  You must continue your life as well as be there for him.

Did you finally find the entrance?  What base is it?  Maybe you can contact someone from that group to help you next time get to the right place.  Only a temporary set back

Good for you, sounds like you'll make good use of your time and that will make it go faster.  He is a bit bored as he was the only one there waiting to class-up.  Four new Sailors joined his class Saturday so he hopes that the rest will come next Saturday and they will be able to start class on the following Monday.  He has been doing odd & end jobs around the base.  He did get to go to the Xgames on Saturday so he enjoyed that...but because the bus traveled the 101 freeway through the valley he's lived in all his life it made him feel sad...knowing his friends & family were out there and he couldn't be with them.  A matter of "so close and yet so far away".  I feel it too with him only 55 miles away.  Can't wait for his first liberty so I can go see him.

Thank you . He is happy about it also I just have to do financial aid stuff before I get started. I am going to go to borders or something to buy books just to keep my head in the game he suggested that I do that so I am going to .

How is your sailor doing at A school?

proud of you newnavywife...that's a start.  Now while your Sailor is studying, you will be too :-)  I think that is a good use of your time and your computer can travel wherever he may go.
