Thank you Jim for male insight.  We really do know how important Boot Camp is to their future in the Navy.  I believe our SR's do too! When we asked our son how the RDC's were he replied "They're just doing their jobs" it gave me comfort to hear that he still realizes that and it let me know that he is going to do his job too! I was glad that you mentioned that they are our babies (and they always will be) and I can hardly wait to see the men they have all become at the end of this phase of their training.  Mom's are the patchers of skinned knees and wipe the tears.  Dads have a totally different job.  My dad (a WWII vet who told me I will always be his baby and I'm 59) told me the other day that "Sr is not just mine anymore, he belongs to the Navy"  Daddy always knew how to bring me down to earth.I hope Jim that you stick around and help ground us all.  I have seen growth in all of us since this journey began watch the better Mom's, Fiances, girlfriend that we are becoming too! Can't wait to meet all of you.
