There is an explanation of the flag on this site.  Ordered mine a couple of weeks ago.

Hi Josh'sMomCindy and bskimber..my daughter is also 11/238.  I also got a call last week but I know she said about 40 people got their wisdom teeth pulled so I also wouldn't be worried.  BUT, I know how much that call meant...wondering if you will get a call today as they were able to call last Thursday...I got mine about 4pm EST.  Hope you hear soon! :)

Don't know if I had mentioned on this group or another one....but if you don't need to go into the RTC NEX to pay for pictures, etc....might be better to wait and go to the one outside of the base.  Very close by, bigger, and wouldn't be quite so crowded.  It's gets pretty crowded in the RTC NEX!

Facebook also publishes "random" pictures of recruits.  I check all the time.  Thought I saw my daughter once.
