It is not long but worth watching for all of you.
No calls yet..Today is day 22 :(
No phone calls here. Did you get a call? We're going into week four. I'm not sure about you but I think the time is going by fast. Last week I got three letters on Tuesday, I live in IL so nice and close. I'm hoping for more mail tomorrow. How about you, any letters? How are you doing? I better get back to work, I was taking a quick break. : )
Thank you for sharing the picture. It looks like it was a beautiful day.
I am going to order a ribbon but at this time I'm not sure if I need another one. My son graduates 7/29/11 when is the latest that I can order?
Good morning everyone, I am back :-) We had a beautiful wedding and enjoyed our weekend with our family. Most of our family members have gone back home now but our Sailor doesn't have to go back until Wednesday. Right now she is sleeping and she is planning on going to bust your butt falls with a bunch of her friends today. I guess I have to share her lol. There are way too many pages on all the PIR groups to even try and catch up so if I missed anything important let me know :-)
Paloma: If they are moving over to Great Lakes A School, many move right after PIR. They are bussed over there. They will contact you 3-5 hours later after they have gotten settled there.
And, yes, then you would go pick them up for liberty...but at the A School base, not RTC. This is only for those staying in Great Lakes for A School. Others will have liberty with families starting after PIR. The "trade-off" is that those staying in GL for A School will probably have daytime liberty through the weekend. Those flying out most likely will fly out on Sat., although some may not leave until Sun.
