~OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance.
~N4M’s also has Community Guidelines just like any other social media.
~Please take the time to read the OPSEC and N4M’s Community Guidelines.
~A quick note here, from the N4M’s CG’s:
• Don’t Jeopardize the Safety of Our Sailors: Remember OPSEC (Operational Security) (Don’t Sink Ships With Loose Lips) This site and all content posted on it are viewable to everyone on the Internet. This doesn’t mean you can’t share things about your Sailor – but too many details can put Sailors in harm’s way. The following are examples of red flags and should not be shared within this community either by posting or sending via a Group message:
• Sailors’ last names. This includes your username if you share the same last name as your son or daughter.
Some Suggestions:
~If your last name is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended for you to use in your username for your own personal security. This is your option. It is also not a good idea to use an email address as your username for personal security reasons.
~First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember, everyone can see it and someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. Again, your option
~It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends"

Good Morning!
"I guide you in the way of wisdom
and lead you along straight paths."
Proverbs 4:11
Precious, Lala!
Good Morning All !
Thanks so much, she is such a sweet puppy. Very quiet the first couple of days but now she is getting very playful and she is a dare devil. She jumped off the bed last night and I was so worried but she is fine :) Thank Goodness. She sticks right with us and up under our feet and when my hubby is around she seems to stick with him more. I love all the name suggestions. It is going to be a hard decision for sure :)
Good morning everyone. I had a virus a few days ago and thought it was a 24 hour bug and now I think I have it again uggggg I hate feeling sick :(
ProudNavyMom,
Glad I was able to help!
poohbear1,
:D
Lala,
Princess in Chinese is "Gong Jhoo."
公主 gōng zhǔ = Princess ( pronounced gong jhoo )
Lala,
You little Shih Tzu pup is just A D O R A B L E !! What's her personality like? Quiet? Playful? Active? Princess type??? I'm gonna suggest Princess!!
Oh, I didn't even read revdrcindy's post til now and I see Princess there too!!
How about Princess in Chinese?? She's a breed from China~~
Why don't you name her Princess Ariel for the Little Mermaid, since she is in a Navy family, keep it nautical, but feminine.
Hi everyone, sorry I haven'tbeen on here as much as I would like. I am still waiting on my computer to come back from Dell. It should be here sometime this week and I can't wait. It is way to hard to volunteer on this site and the facebook PIR groups with just my cell phone and a few mins on my hubby's computer each day. I will be so glad to have it back. We have a new addition to our family. We just got her this weekend and we are trying to find the perfect name for her. I am even letting people on my facebook group suggest names lol. It has to be perfect. She is a Shih-tzu and she is 8 weeks old today :)
ProudNavyMom: We did the same as CatMom and would do it that way again. Taking the shuttle was very easy!
