DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 327 and 328

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Staying at the Days Inn for the PIR, ship 03 327/328. Anyone else? Also anyone going to the meet and greets at Sarges or the Ramada Inn Thursday night? Getting excited to see my son!

Sooo, how many of you received letters this week and or/recieved phone calls over the weekend?

I have received nothing!

AMH, I received my first phone call from my son last Saturday and first letter pages! He's a bit homesick. He said send lots of letters and pics of anything! Said he had no idea they would help so much.

I have used copy paper too for pics.  I will feel challenged for what to send pics of!  He said anything helps and I've sent most of what I though he would want.  May go on a limb and send a pic of his old high school and ask if he misses that place much!

My daughter called for the second time and both times she is crying really hard saying she wants to leave. Saying it is too hard and if she doesn't pass the tests she will be put back for three weeks. Ant suggestions? This is her third week. I feel so bad for her BUT I do know that she is tough and she needs to tough it out. HELP!!!
Thank you. I am going to write her today and start sending her words of encouragement. So funny, she did say in her letter that the breakfast, lunch, dinner and sleep are the only things that she likes.
Is out of the norm for my daughter to be like this after three weeks. She says everyone is yelling at her and she can't stand it...
@Charliebrown When did she call? What DIV is she? Mine in 328 called Sat. That's the only call I got so far. He said it is so mental more then anything you have to deal with the mental part. The yelling etc I'm so sorry she having tough time I read at 4 wks it's starts to get better for them!
Hi Kelly, my daughter called last night. It was the second phone call.
She is not doing to we'll. crying and meltdowns.
Tell her she's half way done! And it will prob take just as long to get proccessed out the finish!! It will be so much better when she gets to her school my boy said the classroom instructers there said they will enjoy the A school!!
