Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 337 and 338

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hello. My son is on Ship 03 Div 338. and yes graduates on 9/6/13. We booked out Hotel already and will be going to the Saloon that Sarge hosts. I cant wait to meet other families and especially seeing my boy. Does anyone know, is there anything else i need to handle before graduation? After graduation does my son get to spend the weekend with us or just that day? We are flying in on 9/5 and flying out that Sunday 9/8. He is also staying there for A school as well. I assume for another 3-4 weeks. And THANK YOU for all the information I'm about to receive..

Hi Lynn,

Unfortunately from what I have found out. Our boys will have to return every night by a certain time...bummer! We are also flying in late on Thursday  so we will not be at Sarge's thing. We will also be flying out early Sunday. My son is also going to A school but he believes it will be in Pensacola , Fl.

Meg

It is hard not seeing our loves. I know I look forward to getting my letter each week from my son. Just think a few more weeks to see them! Write often to him. I do with my son...it makes me feel better writing down everything I would be telling him in person.

Meg

Hi Disneygirl, my son is on the same ship an Div. I am excited as well. I can't wait. Sept can't come soon enough..

I was told by a mother who has a daughter in the navy that went through boot camp that her daughter ordered them and also a yearbook. The navy's girl mother has another daughter in my preschool class and brought in the yearbook for me to see. It was awesome!  So make sure he gets one of them too. I have written to my son telling him I wanted one. Pictures will probably also we sold that weekend, or I am sure you would be able to order more.

Meg
