Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 311 AND 312

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

No.. I just saw other divisions getting calls so I was patiently waiting.
Tbird96 I got a call today, but only because my son is changing jobs and being sent to school somewhere else. Kind of a bummer because we thought he was staying there for school and we would get to see him all weekend. Anyway! We should be getting calls on Monday from 312 from what he told me.

Good Evening,

9 days to go and I'm excited like I'm a kid and going to Disneyworld. Anybody else with me there? Paid for my hotel, printed out all my directions and now the wait begins. My son is going on to A school in San Diego as an STG. I know there are many other parents here that are in the same boat so to speak and I am interested in getting to know you all. My sons last name starts with C. If anyone's child has mentioned him please feel free to message me. I am still wondering if I should attend the meet and greet as well. Any input on this subject? I look forward to hearing from any of you. Have a good night!

Thank you.
I am hopeful today. Remembering our USA sacrifice puts all this in perspective.
Captains cup... Then BS21. I need to pray for patience.

Has anyone gotten " I made it" calls from DIV 311?

What's the typical dress code for graduation?  I hear the hall is really cold

Got a phone call, not the call.....Div 312 families expect your SR's to be extremely tired. Pray for them to have strength for B21 test. He was mumbling but what I gathered was the entire division was disciplined because someone wouldn't own up to throwing a sock. My SR said the workout was worse than they've had the entire time.  He was exhausted and concerned about the final test and staying awake for it.  He earned a call after, but only 3 did. He was broken and it broke my heart......****A PRAYER OF MY RECRUIT***
Father, in the coming days I will need YOU, but my recruit will need You more.
Let him perform his task with a sense of duty, not of anger or vengeance.
Let his reflexes be quick and his hands steady.
Let his head be clear and his eyes sharp.
Let his mind and body be strong and his spirit stronger.
Lord, please stand by my recruit and watch his back when he cannot.
Father, I love this recruit of mine!
Take from me, what he needs and give me what he does not.
I will pace the nights, if it means he gets some sleep.
I will deal with the fatigues, if it means he will have energy.
I will carry his fears, if it means it gives him courage.
I will take his pains, if it means he is healthy and whole.
I will take his anger, if it means he is at peace,
Take from me my love and pride and let him feel it.
Let him know that I am with him every step of the way.
Please, take from me what You can;
I give it willingly and with love.
It is all that I have besides my prayers.
Above all, please help my recruit achieve his goal of becoming a U.S. Navy Sailor.
This I ask on bended knees, that which, I cannot do without You.
In Jesus name, Amen
