Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 359 and 360

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

My SR is in Ship 12, Div 360.. He is my first child to leave home. Looking forward to connecting with all of you.

My SR is my first to go out of 4 children, too.  What an emotional rollarcoaster ride it has been but knowing he choose this path helps to miss him less if that is possible!  I am so proud of him.

I know what you mean. Seeing my SR chase his dreams brings me so much comfort:) He is my only child and missing him like crazy but So PROUD of him! Congrats to you on raising a child who is  confident enough to step out and follow his dream :)

Hi Ben's Mom-

I'm Sandy, Dylan's Mom, who is on the same Ship and Div as Ben.  It's nice to meet someone who has a loved one in the same area.  I look forward to talking with everyone.  I am new to the site so hopefully we can all keep in touch.  Nice to meet you and best wishes.

Hi Sandy, Nice of you to reach out to me.  Have you heard from Dylan lately?  Ben called last Saturday and we chatted for 5 min 40 sec.  Not long but it made me soso happy to hear his strong voice. Where will you be travelling from for PIR?  We are on the east coast.

I did! Thanks for asking.  Dylan called last Saturday too (it must have been their time to do that).  We couldn't chat long either but he sounded so mature and grown up.  I was so excited I tried not to do all the talking.  I have truly been on cloud 9 ever since.  I write to him everyday but have not received a letter back yet.  He said he had mailed them so I check my mail right away, everyday.

I will be coming from Minnesota for the PIR.  I hope to meet you when I'm there.  Thank you for writing back, it meant a lot to me.  Best wishes to you, your family, and Ben.

Did I mention that my SR has pneumonia...poor guy.  It is so hard knowinghe is sick and a momma can't make it better...So I pray and pray

Only 16 more days!  Hoot Hoot!

Amen!  How is Ben feeling?  I hope he is well.  I am so excited to see all of our hard working SR's at graduation.  I also look forward to meeting you and your SR.  God Bless Everyone!

I got a letter from him saying that it really sucked but he is better, not 100% though.  I can't wait to see our SR's too!  And meet all you and all the other supporters!  I find that mostly military people get what it is like to have a loved one away.  Have you found that as well?

My SR is also Ship 12 Div 360. He is my oldest son of 2...I am loving this site as well as FB page. Can't wait to share with you all in this experience.

Hi knicksmom...My son is on the same ship with yours. Have you heard anything from him lately?
