OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Please note! Changes to this guide happened in October 2017. There are now tickets issued, and there are no longer parking passes for PIR.

Please see changes to attending PIR in the PAGES column. The PAGES are located under the member icons on the right side.

Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 365 and 366

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hello to all !!! Waiting for the mailman and my phone is glued to my hand. Praying I hear something today. Have only had the box and formal letter.

Me too! I'm usually a pretty patient person but this is killing me!

OMG me too!!! I am glad I am not the only one from this Div that hasn't gotten a call! It gives me hope that they just haven't gotten their turn yet!! We will hear soon! Praying for you to get your call soon as well!!

We just have to be strong and know that we will hear from them!

I'm really starting to think his division has not gotten it together yet. I know the phone call is "supposed" to be in three weeks which is mon for us but no mail is bothering me. He should have been able to write last sun and mail out on mon. Lets just pray my mail lady is the slow one. But as we all know calls and mail are privileges

I read that they haven't been able to send out mail because they were held back a week, they will still graduate the same week it's just they barely started the actual bootcamp this past friday! They will be able to mail out letters this sun!! :)

I'm right there with you NavyMom. Today really should be the day we get our calls based on other posts we have seen. SO lets not worry... YET! Lol! Please post as soon as you hear something. We can all keep each other going knowing we are all in this together, like our SR's! My phone will be with me all day and I'll be checking this site all day too. So glad we have our Division Groups now as well. Hang in there!! :)

There is no telling when we will get calls so I am trying not to get my hopes up! I am still glued to my phone and looking out for the mailman! I can't help it, I'm getting desperate to hear something, anything from my SR!

No worries if I get a call people will hear me for miles. Lol. Waiting on my slow A mail lady now. Lol
I just got a call from my daughter. Sooo,, they are calling. Stay by your phones. So great to hear from her!
I just got a call from my SR also! They are getting calls today finally so stay by your phones! They are doing good and he sounded really positive. So great to hear his voice finally!
I just got my phone call !!!! 14 mins. Was not long enough but he sounded real good. For all those in this div they was held back for a week. So no mail has been sent. They will be allowed to mail out Sun/ Mon.
