Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 323 & 324. These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the main wall to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Kitten says Hello

Letters, I want letters!
My son is in Div 324. Anyone know how they are doing? No letters yet, just the form letter. I want pictures like the first all female division. :-) A school in Pensacola.

Just know god is with our sons.

My nephew is div 324 also. I do not have a letter yet but received his form letter on Monday and his brother received his box last week.

Springhill in Lincolnshire. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores and to Sarges meet and greet on Thursday night
03/324 rocks. We probably will have our own wing!
We can only hope that we will get a real letter Saturday or the first part of next week.
Where are you all staying for PIR. We are at the Springhill Suites. I understand it is walking distance to Sarges meet and greet and is a nice hotel,
We booked the ramada until I heard from a mom who was at PIR last week that stayed there on Thursday and moved to springhill for the rest of the weekend.

Can't wait to meet you all sine out kids/hubby are in the same division and brother division. So cool to make friends all over the USA

Hi  my son  is in Ship 03 Div 324 do you all have the phone # Springhill Suites Thanks Cjones.

We are staying with my sister who lives close to Great Lakes. We live in Wisconsin about 3 hrs away from GL but I want to be down there the night before so I can get to the gates as close to 6:30am as possible. Now getting my husband and 3 other kids ready and out the door will be another challenge :)

Hello!  My brother is in Ship 03 Div 324.  I was just wondering, how do you know what A school they are going to?

Did you all see that the Chicago Marathon is that Sunday the 7th?  That is making prices around the Chicago area a little more.  My parents are going to stay close to Great Lakes, but my sister, brother's girlfriend, and myself are going to stay downtown so that we can sightsee more before Friday.

Counting down the days until Oct 5th!!

Hi Jen. Your brother is with my son! He will know what his A school is unless he is undesignated.
That fact about the marathon changes our Sunday plans, Thanx for letting me know about it. We will do all we need in chicago on Saturday and avoid the area. I work the Flying Pig marathon in Cincinnati every year, and I know the type of traffic and detour headaches that causes.

Several of us are staying at the Springhill suites in linconshire. It's apparently close, clean and within walking distance to returns and stores.

Ok, thanks!  I wasn't sure if maybe he was supposed to know about his A school before he left.  He was trying to switch jobs before he left, but they didn't get it done in time so I'm not sure what exactly he is doing now.  I'm sure my parents know though.
