GREETINGS Ladies, Moms....I found you!! :-)

Haven't been logged into N4M's site in 10 days!!! Although I do log into my yahoo account and have been reading all the posts on there, while wondering: Why do I not see any posts from the Ship 11 DIV 339 Mom's.....??? All because this division has their own group now!!!  YEAH. I had no idea. Not until I just logged in, directly to the N4M's site. Either way, I'm still learning to navigate on this site.

Well, it's been a month (8-20). I'm still adjusting. One letter, one call. (I think I may have spoiled him with all my cards and letters.) Nevertheless, this is "still" so very challenging!! EXs: If I go in my sons' room......Here comes the tears. When I smell the last shirt he wore, here comes the tears....(I won't wash it). When I stumbled on his 1st wood shop creation today (from 2002)....Here come the tears. But he has his own life to live. And I have to trust that with time.... This WILL get better!!

I hope you're all doing well. I now need to read your posts, catch up in this group.....As always, thank you all for sharing. PEACE

Hey there, we are all together. :) ship 11 div 339 & 340. :) glad you found us. I completely understand how you are feeling. I'm still having issues. 30 more days though!!

Hello PKM. Appreciate the feedback, your sentiments. Yes, 339 & 340. We're ALL in this together!!! ;-)

Where are you from? As you can see fom my login, I'm from Boston. I just finished writing out another card. Last week, when me and my son spoke, he was sick. Apparently, based on some of the blogs; a number of SR's in DIV 339 are ill. They call it the Ricky Crud - The upper respiratory, headaches, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and nosebleeds that plague a very large number of those in Boot Camp. While my son has a high tolerance for pain, that combination of symptoms....?!? It's a cocktail with all those shots!! Is it any wonder?! It can happen to people just getting a flu shot. WITNESS.

Still, I can't help but wonder how he's doing, how hard do they push them when they're sick, etc. Yes, we have a concerned mother here!! :-) And, YES. 1 more month: We'll get throught this. One day at a time. Bless You. :-)

Are you talking about the Division Discussion that is within this Group?

Yes, please bear with me. I now see where this header discussion ended up. I'm still learning to navigate on this site. My apolgies to all.

I am from Georgia. When I talked to Kyle he also said there were a lot of people sick also. He wasn't thankfully. I hope your son is feeling better. Hopefully they will call again in the next couple days. Keep your phone close! You won't be able to attend PIR?

Oh, I have a couple of friends in GA. Just spoke with one this weekend. Thank you PKM. I hope my son is feeling better by now. And happy for you that your son is not sick. I can't even imagine, being in military boot camp AND while your sick. Yes, I hope to hear from my son again real soon. And no, unfortunately I won't be able to attend. YOU? I read the post about the PINK scarfs. WHAT A GREAT IDEA to indentify the divisions SR's Moms!!!

I have copied this discussion and moved it to the existing group discussion for divisions 339 &340, and closed this for duplicate discussion.

No worries it happens.
