OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance. Please take the time
to read the OPSEC and Community Guidelines. A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is in your username you will need to change your username. If yours is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

I am going to virginia Beach soon and would love to hear from anyone who lives in that area. I am hoping to be able to meet several moms/wives etc from that area and either have a small party or at least all go out to dinner together. If you live in the VA Beach/Norfolk area or close enough to drive and want to join us please send me a friend request or message. I love meeting other Navy Families :-)

Safe travel today and enjoy the MeetandGreets!  Sarge's will be a wealth of info for you!  He even has "shortcuts" to PIR....and great restaurant suggestions!  :-)

Update on sailor friend Brett:  Surgery over about 1:00 a.m.  He is critical....bullet went under ribcage and hit aorta...massive bleeding...transfusion...next 11 hours are crucial.  Dr said had he been older and not so fit, he would have died.  Please continue prayers, ladies....thanks so much.  I told his mom that I have 7 groups of ladies on N4Moms praying and she was so grateful. Thanks!  and Good Morning!
