My daughter is S7D351 PIR 10-19-10....found out yesterday that she is a grad & go...does that apply to the entire division? Will we get to spend much time with out grads?
What's her job? or even her next location-is she going to A school or C school? My boyfriend is in this division too but as of my letter thursday... written September 30th he didnt mention if he was grad and go and he said he would let me know when he found out one way or the other.
O okay. Your husband is doing SCEF right? In Groton or am I remembering for the wrong person?
Charity - Yes, we're in FL - Melbourne is about six hours south of us. I have a friend who is a pastor at a church down there - and friends who live in Palm Bay. We're staying at the Navy Lodge for PIR.

I had thought about the holiday on Monday - and then forgot about it again. Thanks Dillons Mom for reminding me! Ok - so my day to look forward to for this week is FRIDAY! Which I'm looking forward to anyway because we're riding down to Biketoberfest in Daytona on Saturday! (If all goes according to plan)

clclrt - Josh told us he is Grad-N-Go, however he was reclassified within the last week or two and now we're not sure - hopefully we'll find out in his next letter!
I wonder why Joe didnt mention if he was grad and go my now. Mrs. B. it sounds like you found out awhile ago. Im sure if Joe was and he knew he would have mentioned it!!
Charity - my son isn't in this division but we didn't hear about when he was going to be sent to A school until his last letter on Thursday so maybe you'll hear in the next letter.
I sure hope so... Thanks!
Thanks Mrs. Cindy, I will call him Tuesday I guess. I have his cell but I dont know if he knows off hand.
If you find out your rct is G&G join this group http://www.navyformoms.com/group/gradgoinfo there is good info there as well as a questionsare that you mail to your rct and he/she HANDS to you after PIR that will give you info about the airport, etc they are leaving out of
Thanks!!!
Just got a phone call from Josh!! WOO HOO!! LOL Never thought I'd be so excited about a phone call and yet, I am! He sounded great - of course anxious for bootcamp to be over. He said Battlestations *should* be on October 25 ... got your blue candles ready? lol I guess they still have some academic exams coming up in the next week - Naval History and ...? Bonnie, I think you mentioned them in one of the last letters you received from Billy.

Cindy - I asked Josh about Dillon. He said he seems to be fitting in with the division - and he said they were hanging out together just yesterday!

Ok - now I need to get back to the "real" world. Laundry and cooking supper awaits! HOO YAH!! lol
Joe said the same things... ready for it to be over... Dillon is doing well... didnt get to talk long because he called his mom and brother first and was calling my mom next.... BUT he said he would call me with his I'm a Sailor Call!!!!! :) I cant wait!!!!
