Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Wow things sound great for you and your Sailors!!!  Mine has about a month left in A school then will head Just a bit south east for 6 months.  Wondering when SERE comes in to the picture.  Hoping to come home for a visit in August.

My fiancee is in New Jersey for a month.. then goes to Ft worth for 3 months.. then back to new jersey for 3 years.

Great to hear something from another 10/29/11er.  That is wonderful news, so wild how they are so far in what they are doing.  My goodness it hasn't even been a year since Boot started.  I hear San Diego is a beautiful base. ((hugs to you too))

Just touching base... seems like things are going well for all of our Sailors! Mine is now in San Diego (wow). He earned his ICFA rating at Great Lakes a few weeks ago and has been assigned to the USS Chanchelorsville... however, the ship is currently on deployment near Japan, so he is still a landlubber at the moment!!! Hope  everyone had a happy Easter. (((hugs)))
