I don't mean to cause any undue stress but I thought everyone should know. Chicago is currently under a tornado watch. According to my sailor when the weather gets bad the recruits have to shelter in place. So calls might be delayed depending on how long the watch stays up. Additionaly all flights at O'Hare are grounded.

momof3: Even if worst case scenario and he didn't pass, he will be allowed to go in Thurs night's group (next PIR group), and will pass. It would just mean that he has to sit in the balcony for PIR because of being up all night, but he would be in uniform and there. Don't worry...it may be that he didn't get to a phone in time. He could call today in that case. You never got a call before BStations that he hadn't passed his run, swim, etc, did you? They have to pass all of that before BStations, but usually call home if they will miss their BStations date. Let's hope that his call comes today!
