Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Ok ladies let me make a suggestion, I got to tlakto Daniel for about 30 minutes when he called. Someone ask their kids when they call today about the remaining line up for BS.

Good Morning all
It felt like last night was last week all over again. lol Well you and your kids are all prayed up!!!! Its going to be a great day today . I can't wait to hear you all tell about your "sailor" calls, got a box of tissue right next to me.

Good Luck to all you mothers who will hear that your sons/ daughters pass BS. It is wonderful! I can't wait to hear all your stories of all your calls. I will pray for all our kids but they will do good I promise. Daniel said yes it was hard but it was a blast!

Yes we do have an 847 with this PIR. About 10 pages back it's posted that they won the Captain's Cup. No word on how the fit into the BS schedule.

Good Morning Alli, I'll send you mine also. It is so nice to talk to him twice in a few days. He sounds awful, URI I think I'm going to take him a Zpack. Molly Daniel arrived on the 12th. Thats why they went 1st. Well,off tothe ER, I'm Packed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 more days

Molly - My son got to GL on Aug. 10th. so was there a week longer than some. Don't know if this division took longer to fill or what. He is in Div 947 but I haven't heard when he will do BS. Carrying my phone at all times this week. I work part-time at school so hope it doesn't ring there, admin frowns on cell phone use in class. But if it does ring I Will Answer! Praying for more Sailors tomorrow.
