Good Morning Molly
how are you? If Daniel has to wait to get placement into A school in GL where will he stay? Will he still be able to have his phone and stuff?

Hi Sally
We've missed you, from what I have found out about A school, an dits not much they start to earn priviledges. I'm taking Daniels cell phone and lap top with me to give to him. Just to be able to talk to him will be such a relief.
I only live 11/2 hours from Pensacola if he ever neeeds anything.

Hi everyone I got a 4 page letter from Daniel yesterday. He sounded great. He drew a "map" of the bleachers and told me exactly where to sit and exactly where he would be in line and row. I trained him so well, lol

I do not know if it will help..the American Red Cross may be able tro get information. Don't count on it though.I do know they will send messages for you.
It should not surpise you. He is in the Navy. From experience I can tell you that the only news you will ever recieve about your sailor/soldier is going to come from him. If you are getting mail or calls from the Military it is not what you want to hear. Trust me on that. I will pray for your son and your family.

Received mail from Daniel today! He has mon and and enlarged spleen! We haven't received a phone call about his medical status, they ar concerned it might rupture! I can't believe this hasn't warranted a phone call, even if just to say, "hey, I'm hanging in there....not to mention it seems to me that it will be nearly impossible for him to graduate on 10/9! Anybody got any ideas whom we can contact to find out? Local recruiter doesn't seem to help. Thanks

I just called to have my tv repaired. I mentioned that my son was in Boot Camp. I am not kidding here.. No less than 3 different women came on to ask me to pass on that they want to thank them for being willing to serve. So.. If you could nelp me pass the Thank You on to those guys and gals. From the ladies in the Best Buy service Department.

For all you horse racing fans......... I grew up in Louisville KY, went to a small highschool there that happened to be next door to Churchhill downs. We used to skip school and jump the fence and watch the races.
