Hi Laura
You are so sweet, but my mail man was already stalked today, no mail. I think I'm going to the beach and drink margaritas.. You know I wonder how many Navy Moms develop drinking habits during this 8 weeks.

Please send lots of prayers out for recruit Allison ship 3 div 352 pir 10-9-09 and her family. Her father died this past week and she left boot camp to be home, I don't know if she returned to boot camp or not. Look for the group -- ship 03 div 352. I saw the post on boot camp moms about 5 pages back.

I know we are halfway through boot camp, but I found this website that explains what goes on in boot camp week by week. Probably most of you have seen this or something like it but I was so excited reading it I wanted to share.

My husband served 20 years in the sub service. Before our son went in, he warned him about the talkers. He also said that one point it was so bad they did the blanket party that Candy talked about. It was "frowned" upon then, hate to think what would happen today if a group took it upon themselves to do something like that. But I sure can understand the frustration! Today is Thursday so hopefully we'll get letters!
