Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Good Morning everyone
It may be a good thing to have a girlfriend at home, Daniel commented in his last letter that a boy got sent back to week 1 day 1 for "to close of relations with a female recruit". So I say cheers for ours girlfriends.

A lot of our recruits are in, write to him and ask if he is. We have tried to blow it up but the faces are blurry blown up. But it is pretty cool isn't it. Glad to have you on the site. Are you planing to go to graduation?

Here is the picture of Go Navy, they also shot a commerical that will air at the Army Navy football game in Nov.

I'm sorry, I got a letter from Daniel today the was not 100% positive either. He said his DIV as a whole was not doing well.

I don't know if its correct or not, but I had written on my calander from Daniels mail that this Friday will be week 5 day 2.

My son is grad and go and he's 3 /346. I quit trying to keep up with the days, I just know that we are over 1/2 way. yeah! My son arrived the same day yours did.
