Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 369 & 370.

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

welcome jcluvbugs good to have you in the praying team ship 03 div 369/370!!! lol

hi division families. I also received a letter today. It was 6 pages and very detailed. My son said his division is all males so they are tougher on them. he said he is doing well but he feels bad from some of the others that are having a tough time and on the first day there he didn't like seeing some of the girls cry. He said he is no longer concerned about himself but he feels that his mission is to help his shipmates get through bootcamp. He said he is thankful that he doesn't have any blisters on his feet like some of the others but he does have to get his wisdom teeth pulled which he is not looking forward to.

PRAISE GOD Share. That a blessing your son has a heart like that he reminds me of my son. I am praying that he will be the same way. Cause I believe that if they help one another that God will grant him favor that one but both will make it. God bless your son. I will be praying for our SR harder. Cause I know this past week and next week has been and will be harder on them. I think about the fifth week they will be ok. But I am not going to let up on my prayer until everyone on this page get a call and say we are SAILOR!! AMEN!

Praise God I give God all the Glory!!

share, a six page letter. Wow. I was stoked over the two page one from my son. I would have fainted if something that long arrived here. Of course, mine had to write to his girl friend too.

My son said he is getting 2 of his wisdom teeth pulled this week. He had expected to get all four pulled. Sounds like the other two come out at A-school.

That's sooo sweet of him. :)

When my mother read it to me it seemed a bit formal and was uncharacteristically brief.  I got the impression that he was writing as if he were concerned that it would fall into the wrong hands.  LOL  Maybe he is just practicing worst case scenario.  :)

my boyfriend seemed different in his letter too. It seems strange that they would be so different so quickly. I didn't even know that they would be able to call so soon.

Im not sure Beamer835 my son stated they might be able to call this Sunday. Praying that they do if not tomorrow guess next Sunday.

I hope they get a chance to call tomorrow. I just doubt my guy know's the phone numbers. He's been known to rely on his contacts in his cell phone...

Same here but just in case my son didnt remember I wrote it on the call for recruit calling cards and in the letter that I sent to him on last thursday so he will have it. Cause he always used it contact in his cell too. I asked him before he left and plus he called me on his other cell when he first got there so I hoping he know it and havent forgotten it but if he has, he have it. Well I hope we get a card tomorrow cause Im going to skip church because I have to drive so far and my cell may not pick up well and I dont want to miss it :)

What is everyone's SR rate(job)?

Mine is DC also :)
