OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 001 and 002

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I looked in their home accents sections they do have them online, but not sure if you can get them in time. :  (

How about Home Goods

I went there too & usually they have alot of Nautical. The store I went to was a smaller one & they had ZERO. But I bet the larger Home Goods may have Nautical stuff!

I picked up a smaller one at Michaels yesterday. Small is better than nothing I guess!

That is sad but true! I should have started my crafty stuff weeks ago. But as always "why do today what I can do tomorrow." LOL

I know! I didn't realize until recently that posters and such was a "thing" or I would have tried to start long ago!

Those are nice ribbons!! How can I designate 8m Texas mom at Mt n grt? My problem is, n facebook group, I'm Robin cook,,childhood nane, and my real last name, my sailors last name is Newborn. Ha. And I'm texasmom. Soo, ?

I'm making tags for the table centerpiece.. They are 3"-4" wooden anchors that I painted blue. With N4M and Div 002 in gold letters. Thinking of tying them to American Flags.

I'm also putting my initials CZ on the anchors. Let me know how you designate yourself !

My Sailors last nae is Matthews Div. 002

Hi all so sorry I have been a bit out of the loop the last few days my daughter broke her arm and I have been trying to get prepared for our trip to PIR so I haven't been on the site much lately. I know we are all so excited the time has come. My flight is leaving in about 3 hours. I might have missed a few Posts but it looks like some folks are planning to coordinate name tags and identification tags for tables. I unfortunately did not have time to do those but hope to see you all there and meet you. See you all soon.
