Anyone heard from 007? They had battlestations last night. I talked to my SR Wed. morning. He said they were going right from battlestations to graduation practice.
Safe travel for those leaving today! Enjoy the MeetandGreet tonight and be early to PIR tomorrow! For those driving, remember: You can stay to the left on Buckley (main drag to RTC) and bypass the car line to RTC on your right. Bypass RTC and turn around at train station right past there....head back to RTC from opposite way....easy left turn into RTC, no wait!
Enjoy!
marie'smom: If your SR will not be graduating, no, you cannot attend PIR.....however, you CAN attend Sarge's MeetandGreet tonight and meet lots of these people here! If you go to PIR tomorrow and your SR's name is not on the sailor list, they won't let you in. But lets hope it is! Hoping that what skhphotography posted is a great sign!
meandap: Prayers that all is well and your sailor will be there at PIR tomorrow!
@marie's mom, I KNOW!! This is my first born and this whole experience is new to me too!! Even what the recruiters told me didn't prepare me for this experience. I fly out tomorrow night on a red eye because I have to take an exam before I leave! I am going to be exhausted but I can't sleep either because I just want to see our babies!! Good luck and I hope you have a safe trip!! Good Night!!
Thanks, from your lips to Gods ear. See you there. Most definitely proud of all these young men and women. This is all a new experience for me and my family. I appreciate your help. Good night, leaving in the early morning lol I cant sleep!!
@Marie's Mom, I think so.. he said the whole division so since they are both together, I think it is safe to say she is included! :) He wasn't allowed to talk long, just long enough to tell me he was a U.S. Navy Sailor and I asked if his whole division passed because this site calmed my nerves yesterday and diannep asked anyone who received calls to ask so that other moms can get updates too. I was a wreck last night.. hadn't heard from him in a week and a half and was worried something was wrong but like other members have said, sometimes no news is good news because they aren't calling to say they DIDN'T pass. LOL. XOXO I am so proud of them!
great to hear skhphotography, do you think it means females as well? Im going with the hopes of it being graduation for her as well. Thanks so much for the message and Congratulations as well.
Hi Marie's Mom!! My son is also in Division 901 and he called today and said that the whole division passed the BST!! So I should be seeing you there at the graduation on Friday!! :) Congratulations!!
