My SR said he was told 8minutes, we got about 2 extra though. He was excited to know I have become part of this group and told me to mention to him in his letters who some of the family's are that are in the same division. Anyone object to me doing that?

We received a call from my son this morning. I was shocked he call he hates the phone, but it was so good to hear his voice. My son is the king of one word answers.

Calls are random and length of them is also random...just depends on how many SRs are calling and how much time the division has.

Maggie:  Check out Southwest from Jax into Milwaukee WI (45 min to GL, no traffic, car rental cheaper) or Chicago-Midway (hour+ to GL depending on traffic).  No change fee if your SR is delayed....2 bags check for free.  Worth it to use them if you can and you can book now!

Orlando'sMo:  This is a very hard time for them...the beginning of Bootcamp.  Remind him that it gets better and A School is a whole different scenario!  He will then be back in touch with you since he will have his laptop/phone then.  It gets better!  Keep encouraging!

Congrats on the calls today and others have your phones close because they can come at any time today....they are very random!

litleman:  The PIR ribbons are from LalaRibbonQueen....find her under the members tab....but I thought she had posted that she would contact you?  If she didn't, find her page under that tab and contact her from there.  The candles are up to you....you can try and find some Navy-related ones online or just buy a blue candle of your choice to burn when you are thinking of your SR.

Good Morning All !
