Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 901

Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

No phone call all week-end. Was really expecting one. They are starting week 5. Hopefully we hear something soon.

Hi Joey's momma my daughter is also in Ship 2 Div 901 and I haven't got a call since thurs 10 but did get letters the last two weekends. Hang in there, from what I hear everything is unpredictable. Keep writing letters, it helps me:)

Hey Joey's Mom my daughter is carrying the Tennessee State flag. At least she was last time I had talked to her. Do you know anything about the live streaming we can watch where they perform for the next 3 PIR's supposedly we can watch?

To watch the PIR, either live or after they are done, go to
underneath the big video will be smaller videos.  Click on the most recent ones on the far left.  The dates of the graduations will be posted.
On the official Navy website is a neat segment about boot camp.  www.bootcamp.navy.mil      Click here to view the updated "Faces of Boot Camp" 2013 video.  It gave us a good understanding of how our kids are living, what they're doing and what's coming up.
Hi southern sailor and Joeys mom, my daughter is carrying Massachusetts state flag. I'm not sure how to watch it either but would like to try.
We are planning to go to PIR. Can't wait to see Shelbi and meet her sailor friends!

Hi Montana, I received letters today brought tears to my eyes. Cassie says she does know Shelbi.I am looking forward to meeting all of you. 3 weeks to go. She sounded alot better and very happy in her letters. The division has had a good week. yahoo

We will be attending!

I did get a letter yesterday- short but sweet. Dated 10/20, she said her flag changed to Oklahoma, and could change again. She said that "tomorrow is the beginning of hell week"  I wish all of our SR's luck and strength!

I sure hope to hear from her this weekend!

Joey's Momma, we will be at Sarge's meet and greet as well!

Thank you so much for sharing that you got a letter and they were doing better. Also glad our girls know each other. The earliest in the week I've gotten a letter is Friday so I'll keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow. I sure miss her! I'm looking forward to meeting you all at M&G. Hope everyone gets a call too.
Still no letter today, shucks but will keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow. Does anyone know if you send mail and the sailor had moved on to A school do they forward their mail. Just wondered if my letters take as long to get to Shelbi's as hers do to me? Have a great weekend everyone!
Thank you Joey's momma, I needed that encouragement today
