Any new for division 902?
MCJEFE: I am very sorry about that. I sure hope it isn't asthma as that is not allowed in any of the military branches....so hope they are wrong in their suspicions and that she just has a short-term respiratory infection that will clear up. It is just a waiting game now...to see what they find out. Hoping that they clear her and then within the FIT Division, she can keep trying to pass her PFA. In FIT, they get to try 3 times a week...and as long as they keep improving, they get to keep trying. Once they pass, they do BattleStations, then head straight to A School (no PIR).
bayoukat: Praying that your SR gets the PFA passed soon!
Prayers for both of your SRs....that this is just a small setback and that they will be sailors soon!
My heart goes out to bayoukat & McJefe sorry to hear about your SR's. The best is yet to come they will pass and go forward. Wishing you both all the best. Happy Thanksgiving & God bless you.
I'm a Sailor calls possibly could come in a little earlier today because it is the day before PIR. So have the phones close by....902/017/018
Safe Travel Ladies....

Nicole'sMom: The amounts for tolls are odd....like 60 cents, etc. I would just bring lots of change...no paper money. But for those renting a car, it would be worth it to get IPASS from the car rental company (you pay a fee for it in addition to tolls). Just so you don't have to worry about it. We didn't do this and I was constantly digging around for change and trying to see how much the next toll was.
Betsy: Yes, I thought Brett looked pretty good too. He is a fighter, no doubt. Thanks so much for the prayers....you too, mas! So appreciated!
Heather: Thanks so much for posting this info for the ladies. There is nothing better than recent up-to-date info so they know what is ahead for them.
On what Heather said about leaving the airport to sightsee and returning, just be very careful with that. They have to be back 3 hours before flight time, and as Heather said, sometimes the planes can leave a bit early....there was a sailor I know of who missed his flight...not due to sightseeing...somehow, he was not awakened on RTC because he was in a division by himself -- all others had left already. RDCs didn't wake him (this is what he says!). He was in BIG trouble and scared to death of what his next Command would do. Probably helped that his Navy job was assisting the Chaplain :-) ....because as it turned out, he was ok once he arrived at his A School, but was a nervous wreck the entire way.
So.....unless your sailor has a very late afternoon or evening flight, I think I would stay at the airport!
Good Morning Ladies!
My flight leaves tomorrow at 7:30 so excited to see my son!!! Praying that everyone recieves the I am a sailor call tomorrow! Safe Travels to all!!!
