WELCOME to PIR 11/21/2012!

OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance. Please take the time
to read the OPSEC and Community Guidelines. A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is in your username you will need to change your username. If yours is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

Hey Pink,

It's funny how most of the letters everyone got their SR's mentioned the food. Mine didn't say a word about food.

I got a letter from my son yesterday he is on Ship 13 div 15.  He said everyone in his div are doing ok, they started PT this week so my son is really happy.  He loves PT, strange I know but he just feels better when he works out.  He has not lost his sense of HUMOR and he said the food is not bad.  The one thing that made me know he is changing is he said he will NEVER take anything for granted again......they must be getting letters because he answered a few of my questions in my first couple of letters.....

Just wanted all you ship 13-div 15/16 to know our boys are OK,  Hope you get

/a letter soon!  Hugs to everyone.....

Debnchris the moment I booked my flight I wished it was 11/21. I'm so ready to see my son.
Pudsey26 I've stopped crying. I think I'm starting to deal with it much better. Can't wait to get my first real letter though. I'm anxious to know how he's doing. I'll probably start crying again from missing him so much.

I write a letter every day and mail it.. I just want a letter so I too know he is ok.  which I am sure he is.....but I miss him so much.  I remember my Dad used to tell me not to wish my life away....but I wish that tomorrow was November 21st....Don't you too?
