WELCOME to PIR 11/21/2012!

OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance. Please take the time
to read the OPSEC and Community Guidelines. A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is in your username you will need to change your username. If yours is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

Lita - TG means "Training Group".  Your's is the second (2) training group that started this fiscal year.  A fiscal year is a government year that starts October 1st and runs to Sept 30th the next year.

The Government does this just to confuse everyone and to make it difficult.  j/k

Pattynfun, that's a great price.  We do recommend checking out SW, as they do fly into Milwaukee, WI (about 45 minutes from GL) and Midway in Chicago.  Just try and book until Sunday, so that way if your new sailor flies out on Saturday, you will be able to stay with them until their flight departs.  The sailors usually will leave out of O'hare or possibly Midway.

South west want to get away tickets are about 116.00 each way and also dont charge you for your bag.
