Hey for those of you that are coming from far away for PIR. ( I guess this is provided that the schedule stays the same and our kids graduate on time) I could bring a couple of small christmas trees for you to put up in your hotels. You could have your holiday celebration.

Hiii everyone so I received 6 letters today and let me tell you it was amazing. So I'll fill you in as far as what my boyfriend has told me...the first couples days they got there they had to stay up for 48 hours. If your son or daughter is in ship 07 DIV 046 there getting it alittle harder because the chief is retiring after this group and I guess he wants to make it count lol they've gotten uniforms and from what I've been told the shoes hurt there feet!! Lol I guess they are fed "like kings" is what my boyfriend said ...he said they ate crab fetticcinii haha how ever you spell it and they've gotten 6 shots and medical exams they were able to buy stationary kits, phone cards, Pena and pencils etc. From what I heard there are a couple of gentlemen that have been really rude and immature so it's making the whole division suffer..:-/ umm and soo far I guess everythings good.. Have any questions let me know :D!!

Just found out that Monday the 29th was week 2, day 1 for my son's division. That means he was there almost 2 weeks before his training actually started. I know the 3 week phone call can vary a lot - if they even get one. But is it generally after the 3rd actual week of training or 3 weeks after they arrive? I wonder if I have been anticipating that call a little too soon!
