That should say that they may have to go back for few hours for duty or watch.

For those who are grad and go and have a-school in Great Lakes they usually get to spend most of the weekend with you. After PIR they have to pack their stuff and move across the street to the other base. This take about 4 to 5 hours. Then they call you to pick them up and unless they have to do back for a few hours on Sat or Sun they will almost always get to spend the whole weekend with you. This only if they are grad and go and staying in Great Lakes for a school.

Hey there, navyfam! I did receive letters from my hubby a bit ago. I thought that everyone else was receiving their second rounds! Maybe I'm trying too hard to keep up with all of the divisions, or maybe some of you are just getting your letters later. Either way, I am hoping to hear from him again soon! :-)

J&DThanks for the update..I'm on the west coast too! Only 1 letter last Saturday. I sounds like those who live back east are getting more letters...or is it that our loved ones aren't writing very much????? Mine daughter is in ship 07 div 044.....maybe it's their ship LOL

Bluewarriorlady Hang in there. For some reason I thought you had received a letter from your hubby. Tamme is right live vicariously through others...I have been doing that because we only received 1 very short, uninformative letter & she called the BF yesterday! He does keep me updated but it's not the same. Praying you get a letter tomorrow. :)
