Lynne, I love your cartoon! I am so happy for all of you that have received letter and calls! But I must admit I am a little jealous too. No call and no letters....I expect the boyfriend to get those first though. Say a little prayer that we'll hear something soon...1 letter would be nice

Ok my lovelies, I have come to the conclusion that there are no other SR in ship07 div 46. ( i know it not true, but sure feels like it!)
I have never received letters from my kiddo when he was at camp ( for 2 or 3 weeks at a time) when he was on tour in England, so if I get a letter, I will be surprised. Now phone calls, that is another story.. He IS a talk-a-holic!
As for those of you lucky dogs that got calls and letters, ( even if you missed it) congrats.
ON a lighter note, my son at home was on tv news for waiting outside our Best Buy starting at 5:30 pm last night! They interviewed him for the 11 pm news and then got a shot of him and the masses entering the store. Will his brother be jealous!!!

I am so glad for those of you who got calls and Kate-tony...I am so sorry you missed that call...I know that hurts...rest assured you are not the first to have missed it. Get to writing that apology letter and pour your heart out...I know the guilt is killing you...but you can't help it so just let it go and there will be another call...han in there!!

I booked my ticket today for 1/14/2010. Did anybody try Spirit Air? The ticket was ultra inexpensive in comparison to the one I had to buy to get to my daughter's graduation in December. Of course for everything you do after buying the ticket you have to pay. So if you intend to just carry a small carry on you are good to go.
