Happy New Year to everyone.  Read my other post on Christmas.  It was wonderful to see my son and his friend.  We had a great time. Remember, ladies, when I dropped him off, I was checking out everything for all of you.  It looked safe and all the recuits getting off the buses looked like they had a great time.  I have had a hard time since then.  It was like a tease to have him home in a way, but I would not have traded that time for anything.  Everyone enjoy your Holiday Season.  God Bless the all.

At the graduation there is a small refreshment stand. Bring money for refreshment. The hall is divided into division numbers so that people can sit with other folks in their division. Look out the sailors standing by your division number in front of the stands. They also tell you to sit up high in the stand so that you can see down at your sailor. Show is very exciting and filled with performances thvthe recruits practiced over the period of their stay at the base. Another good item to bring is a good camera with zoom as your sailor may be too far away to get a good pic close up.

According to my son they will be testing the Gas Chamber tomorrow for DIV 040 in groups of 6/7.

Prayers for unity & strength to successfully complete :-)

I asked him about a date for BS21 he said he thinks it's going to be Jan 6th. Anyone else hear this date or another date?

Nate's mom, the scarves are cool but not as personal and won't fit in scrapbook lol. They do look so much better in person than they do in the pictures.
