OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I know the other day when I called my son (this was after 8:30) he had around 10 guys in this room and they were having a wonderful time (which I was glad), but at BC they could not wait to hear from us but now a little more freedom and we are no longer needed. LOL I really am kidding! He'll call.
