OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Well here, we are low on salt, so I guess it is ok to get into an accident or run someone over so we can save on salt. LOL

Yes, you are right about that, I would talk with Stephen with first names and then he would say last name, I did not know last names.

We sent Stephen somethings over the weekend and he told me you just go to the post office on base (when you have time) and you can pick up your mail.

His parents did not come to PIR and so we took him in on their liberty, we are keeping in touch, and he said he was in a temporary housing for now, does not know when school would start, he has no address yet and I was just wondering if someone on line knew him maybe their son would be rooming with him.
