Hi all, I posted the question on the RTC's facebook page but I wanted to ask here to see if any of you moms might know the answer.
Is it true that active duty & retirees with proper military ID do not count against the 4-guest maximum on the guest list but must be on the access list?
We would like to have 5 guests total and two of them, my husband and my father are retired military with proper ID. What does my SR need to do to make sure his list is accurate?
Thanks for any help!
My husband came in saw that I was crying and said we both will do it next weekend.. I just don't want to do it.. I know it needs to be done just now ready..
Good Morning my Navy Family.. Yesterday was a hard day for me.. Started cleaning my SR room. Had to stop because it was making me cry. The hardest thing was packing his clothes for storage. He has lost so much weight since being in boot camp he is going to have to get all new clothes. I know he will keep some of them like all his football shirts and hoodies. I really didn't think it was going to hit me like that..
Good morning everyone! For anyone who has active duty/retired military family or friends, Golden Corral is offering free dinner tonight (5 - 9 pm) with proper ID. Just thought I would pass that along! Yep, they're doing it on the 14th, not the 11th.
Good morning everyone!
Hello to all my "sisters". I think of you all so many times during the day. My own sister called me to chat and I was "not now - I'm visiting with my Navy 4 Mom's sisters". I love you guys so...feel such a connection...a bond that can't be broken. Family is great but they just don't get it. You do! Hope you all have a terrific day. I'm going to go with my sister to play "turkey bingo" at church. If you bingo, you win a turkey but if you blackout you win a whole turkey dinner including the trimmings. Have been doing this for years and haven't won yet but who cares.... it's a blast! Talk to you later....loads of hugs coming your way!
WVnavy mom. Thanks for he video, I especially loved the Navy part because I am a sub mom as well as a boot camp mom.
Diannep, believe me we DEFINITELY practice OPSEC in this house, with my son being on a boomer and all. I still can't believe I did that & I will be more careful.
I can't believe we only have 18 days left. This has gone by so fast & painfully slow at the same time.
WVnavymom...Thanks for posting the video! It was fantastic! What a wonderful tribute and way to finish this Veterans Day Weekend! More tears...but tears of pride!
No problem, My2Sailors. I sure wish we COULD post the dates...made my life easier when trying to get a BattleStations schedule for you all, but understand that RTC wants everyone to start practicing OPSEC rules, which means no dates revealed publicly re: ship movement.
Good Morning all!
