Thanks, ellen, for the update that this group will most likely be a larger one and therefore only 3 guests allowed.  Waiting for RTC to confirm---but your accuracy with division numbers is pretty much 100 percent so know it is right!

Conavymom:  The Ramada MeetandGreet is not Sarge's MeetandGreet, which is the big one with the most info.  That one is held close to Springhill Suites, Courtyard, Holiday Inn Express, Residence Inn. 

Please see my post to Sue to check out reviews on Ramada.  Yes, they have their own shuttle bus, but one mom reported that it didn't leave until 7:30 for PIR which upset her.  Gates open at 6:30 and seating does fill up, especially in a group this size.  Not saying don't stay at Ramada, but between what others have posted on this site in the past of their stay there, and the TripAdvisor reviews, just be aware.  I posted the link in the post to Sue.

CoffeeMom:  If they are delayed in departure to A School because of weather, you would get longer to visit with them, but it could be at the airport.  If they know of flight delays before they are bussed to the airports, like moving their flights to Sunday....you may have an extra day of Liberty with them in GL.  Just depends.  Good that you are staying the extra day just in case!

shirlock:  That would be a good idea to leave on that Wed before PIR just in case of weather-related travel problems.  Not everyone can do that, but if you can, that would be a good idea!

Sue:  Please check Ramada reviews.  We like to advise all of this before they arrive.  Very mixed reviews on this hotel, and those who have stayed there in the past on these groups have said the same thing.

Thanks CoffeeMom I will check that one out too before booking. I'm also going to check with MWR tomorrow to see what deals they have. that's awesome that you can drive, no worries about flight delays due to weather!! We're coming from the Northeast so could be a delay on either end!!!
