Just checked. No letter again today. I'm on letter 10 to him! Just bought a birthday and Chirstmas card yesterday. Hard to pick one that the RDC won't make fun of! Hate to put him in the spotlight!

Hey, just a thought for the rest of you wonderful N4M mom's: I contacted our neighbor who teaches 3rd grade. We feel badly that some recruits don't get any mail. The kids are going to write letters to the recruits and probably include drawings for them. Maybe some of you know someone you can contact at school and do the same! Think of how happy these other recruits will be to get some mail, especially with all the holidays they are missing.

Hello, Hope all is well today. I am just about on my knees beggin for a letter to arrive today.

Donna, how did you find out so soon that your son is G&G? I was kinda waiting to hear word before booking my travel in the event I don't get the whole weekend with him.

Gina, I was asking myself the same question. I write him everyday and was trying to modivate him for his first PT test and so forth now to realize that their processing week might have been longer then we anticipated. So I asked him in my letter today to clarify what week and day they are up to.

DebBon, I think div 51 & 52 train together and go through battlestation 21 together so it is possible that all from both groups are getting to know each other. That's another question I will ask.

BTW, who ever hasnt might want to add the ship and div to their name so others in your group can locate you easier. Just a suggestion.
Hi Laura, bradsfan, bradleysmom, Ellen, Kathy, Eileen, Momof1, Lala.
Hope I didnt miss anyone.

Made our hotel reservations this am.. We will be staying at the Ramada Inn. I feel a lil closer to my son already!

I believe our SR's only began week 1 on Monday, because of the Thanksgiving holiday it pushed our recruit processing time by 2 weeks. So since the 16th they have been doing nothing.
